Pastrav cu smantana

Ingrediente pentru Pastrav cu smantana

4 pastravi potriviti,
4 linguri faina, 
1 buc ceapa,
1 capatana usturoi,
200 ml smantana,
4 linguri ulei,
2 linguri unt,
o legatura patrunjel.

Mod de preparare:

Curatam pestele, se spala in mai multe ape si se sterge cu un prosop de bucatarie (de hartie- trebuie sa absorbim apa).
Se condimenteaza cu sare si piper.
Se tavaleste prin faina si se prajeste in ulei incins pe ambele parti.
Se scoate si se pastreaza la cald.

Se caleste ceapa tocata marunt in unt, se adauga smantana amestecata cu o lingura faina si 200 ml apa.
Adaugam usturoiul pisat, condimentam sosul cu sare si piper.
Se pune pastravul in sos si se mai lasa  sa dea cateva clocote.
Adaugam si patrunjelul verde tocat marunt si amestecam usor.

Servim fierbinte cu garnitura de broccoli sau cartofi natur.
